Cancellation Policy
U&P Studio Policy At our photography studio, we strive to create a professional, enjoyable, and seamless experience for every client. To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review our studio policies: 1. Booking & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full within one week after the wedding. Final photos will be delivered once the full amount has been received. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice; last-minute cancellations may result in a rebooking fee. 2. Session Guidelines We provide assistance in selecting locations, outfits, and the best time for your shoot to achieve the desired results. Clients are expected to arrive on time; delays may shorten the session duration. Additional time or outfit changes must be discussed in advance to ensure proper scheduling. 3. Image Delivery & Editing High-resolution edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Standard editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor retouching. Extensive retouching requests may incur additional fees. Unedited/raw images are not provided. 4. Copyright & Usage The photographer retains copyright of all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients receive personal usage rights; commercial use requires separate licensing. 5. Studio & Equipment Usage Clients are responsible for handling studio props and equipment with care. Any damage caused during the session may result in additional charges. 6. Privacy & Confidentiality We respect your privacy—if you prefer your images not to be shared publicly, please inform us in advance. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
